My Bio
Greg Kelly is a candidate for GUHSD Board of Trustees running to represent all of the families in Trustee District 3, primarily comprised of El Cajon. Greg isn't running to represent one point of view, to sow division, or play partisan politics. He's here to uplift GUHSD students and support their families by bringing transparency, efficiency, and normalcy back to East County's schools.
My Key Issues
Economic Independence
Students should graduate with the ability to obtain economic independence from their families by knowing how to balance a checkbook, build a credit score, find a job, pay common bills, and understand interest rates and personal debt.
Communication
Students should be well-rounded in composing emails, giving presentations, holding eye-contact during a conversation, paying attention to details, and expressing empathy toward others.
Financial Responsibility
The Governing Board needs to apply surplus dollars back into successful existing programs or in the creation of new programs while redirecting dollars from failed programs toward new and innovative ideas.
